Johnny Thompson, also known as “The Great Tomsoni”, born on July 27, 1934, was a Polish-American magician who performed with his wife, Pamela Hayes. They had a comedic slapstick act with Thompson as the bumbling magician and Hayes as his assistant. Thompson was also a respected consultant and helped design illusions for magicians like Penn & Teller, Lance Burton, and Criss Angel. He passed away on March 9, 2019.
